Welcome to the Sun Infocom PVC Health Card service portal. By accessing or using this website/portal and making payment for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.
Sun Infocom provides PVC card printing, personalization, processing, and delivery/hand-over services for health/identity cards.
By using this portal, the user confirms that they are legally authorized to make payment, or they are acting on behalf of the applicant/member, or they are an authorized representative of the concerned department/organization.
An order is considered placed only after successful payment confirmation and generation of valid transaction/order acknowledgment. Sun Infocom reserves the right to reject or cancel incomplete or suspicious transactions.
Charges collected through the portal may include PVC card printing charges, processing fees, personalization charges, handling charges, delivery/logistics charges, and applicable taxes (if any). All charges are displayed before payment confirmation.
Users acknowledge that information used for printing originates from authorized sources, Sun Infocom does not independently verify identity data, and printing will be based on available submitted records. Sun Infocom shall not be liable for spelling mistakes, wrong photo, incorrect ID number, incorrect demographic details, or incorrect department-entered information.
Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateway providers including Cashfree Payments. Users agree that valid payment credentials must be used, fraudulent payment attempts are prohibited, and failed or reversed transactions may result in order cancellation. Sun Infocom does not store full card details, CVV, banking passwords, or UPI PIN.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the separately published Refund & Cancellation Policy. Users agree to review that policy before making payment.
Cards may be physically handed over at designated counters or dispatched through approved delivery channels. Delivery timelines are estimates only. Sun Infocom is not liable for delays caused by courier/logistics providers, force majeure, department approval delays, or incorrect delivery details.
Users must report damaged or defective cards within the specified complaint window mentioned in the Refund Policy. Replacement eligibility shall be subject to verification.
Users shall not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with payment systems, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, use fraudulent payment methods, or disrupt portal operations. Violation may result in access termination and legal action.
All website content including branding, logos, interface design, process workflows, and software systems remain the property of Sun Infocom or respective lawful owners. Unauthorized copying or misuse is prohibited.
The portal may rely on third-party providers including payment gateways, hosting providers, SMS/email providers, and courier/logistics services. Sun Infocom is not responsible for independent actions, downtime, or policies of third-party providers.
Use of personal information is governed by the published Privacy Policy. By using the portal, users consent to operational processing of data for service fulfillment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sun Infocom shall not be liable for inaccurate source data, medical information disputes, indirect losses, business interruption, payment gateway downtime, courier delays, technical outages, or unauthorized third-party access beyond reasonable control. Maximum liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid for the specific transaction.
Sun Infocom may suspend or terminate access if fraud is suspected, payment abuse is detected, policy violations occur, security risks arise, or legal compliance requires action.
Sun Infocom shall not be responsible for delays/failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyber incidents, strikes, government restrictions, and payment network failures.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts at Jalandhar, Punjab, unless otherwise required by law.
