This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs payments made through the Sun Infocom online payment portal for PVC Health ID Card printing and issuance services.

1. Nature of Service

Sun Infocom provides PVC Health ID Card printing, processing, and physical delivery/hand-over services only.

  • All applicant/patient/member data is entered and managed by the concerned authorized department/organization.
  • Sun Infocom does not create, modify, verify, or control applicant data.
  • Sun Infocom acts solely as a service provider for card printing, production, and delivery against payment.
  • Payment collected through the portal is for printing, processing, handling, and delivery charges only.

2. Order Confirmation

Once payment is successfully made, an order/payment confirmation is generated and the request is queued for card production. Printing may begin immediately after successful payment confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Printing

Cancellation requests may be accepted only if the PVC card has not entered the printing/production stage. If approved, applicable transaction/payment gateway charges may be deducted and the remaining eligible amount may be refunded.

Cancellation After Printing Initiation

Once card printing has started, production has begun, personalization is completed, or dispatch/hand-over process has started, cancellation will not be permitted. This is because each PVC card is a customized, personalized physical product created specifically for the applicant.

4. Refund Policy

Eligible Cases

Refund may be approved if payment is successfully deducted but no order is created due to technical failure, duplicate payment is made for the same application, the order cannot be processed due to system failure attributable to Sun Infocom, or printing has not yet commenced and cancellation is approved.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for incorrect applicant data entered by department/authorized personnel, spelling mistakes, wrong mobile number, incorrect health ID, wrong photo, incorrect demographic details, delay caused by department approval workflow, delay caused by courier/logistics partner, applicant unavailability during delivery/collection, refusal to accept delivery after dispatch, damage due to mishandling after hand-over, change of mind after successful order placement, or service already rendered.

5. Damaged / Defective Cards

If the applicant receives a physically damaged or defective PVC card due to printing/manufacturing error by Sun Infocom, a complaint must be raised within 3 working days of receipt. Supporting photographs/proof may be required. After verification, replacement may be issued at no additional printing charge. This does not apply to damage after delivery, bending/breakage due to misuse, or wear and tear.

6. Delivery / Handover

Cards may be physically handed over at designated counters or delivered through approved delivery channels. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to operational/logistics conditions. Sun Infocom shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or force majeure events.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Actual credit timeline depends on bank processing, card issuer, UPI/payment provider, and payment gateway policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sun Infocom’s maximum liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the specific printing service transaction. Sun Infocom shall not be liable for data inaccuracies provided by departments, medical record errors, identity verification disputes, or indirect or consequential damages.

10. Policy Acceptance

By making payment through this portal, the user acknowledges and accepts this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
