Sun Infocom provides PVC Health Card printing, processing, and delivery/hand-over services only.
For payment processing, we may process payment amount, transaction reference number, payment status, and payment method. Sun Infocom does not store full debit/credit card details, banking credentials, CVV, or UPI PIN. Payment transactions are securely processed through authorized payment gateway providers.
Personal information may be received from authorized departments, government/institutional systems, designated operators, and users making payment through the portal. Sun Infocom relies on the accuracy of information provided by these authorized sources.
Information is processed only for legitimate operational purposes including PVC card printing, personalization of issued cards, order fulfillment, payment verification, delivery/hand-over coordination, customer support, duplicate payment verification, fraud prevention and security compliance, and legal/regulatory compliance.
Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways including Cashfree Payments. Payment providers may independently collect/process payment-related information according to their own privacy policies. Sun Infocom receives only limited transaction confirmation data necessary to process the order.
Sun Infocom does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Information may be shared only where necessary with payment gateway providers, courier/logistics partners, authorized departments/organizations, technology infrastructure/service providers, or regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.
We implement commercially reasonable security safeguards, including restricted administrative access, secure payment integration, server security controls, access monitoring, and operational confidentiality controls. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Since applicant data is primarily entered by authorized departments/operators, Sun Infocom is not responsible for incorrect personal details supplied by third parties. Users should contact the concerned department for correction of source data where applicable.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service fulfillment, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal/regulatory compliance. After retention requirements expire, data may be securely deleted or archived.
Our portal may automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, access timestamps, and session identifiers. This information helps with fraud prevention, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and security analysis.
Subject to applicable law, users may request transaction clarification, correction requests through the concerned department where source data originates, payment dispute review, and grievance support. Identity verification may be required before processing requests.
Our portal may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS/email service providers, hosting/infrastructure providers, and delivery partners. Their independent privacy practices may apply.
If services involve minors, data is processed only as provided by authorized departments/guardians for legitimate service fulfillment. Sun Infocom does not knowingly collect data directly from minors without lawful basis.
Sun Infocom shall not be responsible for inaccuracies in department-provided data, privacy practices of third-party service providers, user-side device compromise, or unauthorized access caused by factors beyond reasonable control.
